Cookie Policy

Effective November 16, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Virbe sp. z o.o. ("Virbe", "we") uses cookies and similar technologies on its websites (virbe.ai and docs.virbe.ai) and in the Virbe Dashboard web application, and what customers should know about the Virbe Widget embedded in their own websites. It supplements our Privacy Policy (https://virbe.ai/privacy).

1. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, session storage and pixels, also store or read information on your device. In this policy we call all of them "cookies".

2. Your choices

2.1. We use cookies that are strictly necessary to provide the website or service you request without asking for consent. All other cookies (analytics, marketing and preference cookies) are used only with your consent, in accordance with Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law and the GDPR.

2.2. Where we use non-essential cookies, a banner shown on your first visit lets you accept all categories, reject all non-essential categories with one click, or choose individual categories. Rejecting is as easy as accepting. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie settings available on the page (for example in the footer or in the Dashboard); withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of use before it. We store your choice for 12 months and ask again when the categories or the consent texts change.

2.3. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent the websites or the Dashboard from working properly.

2.4. We use Google Consent Mode: until you consent, Google tags operate without analytics or advertising cookies.

3. Cookie categories and cookies we use

Analytics and marketing cookies are used only on our public websites and on the sign-up and sign-in pages of the Dashboard, never on pages that display customers' conversations or other customer data.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. See Section 5 of our Privacy Policy for the safeguards we use.

4. The Virbe Widget on our customers' websites

4.1. Our customers embed the Virbe Widget in their own websites to provide AI assistants. The Widget stores only the technical data strictly necessary to maintain the conversation (such as a session identifier) and does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

4.2. The customer operating the website decides whether to use the Widget, configures it and is responsible for informing its visitors and, where required, obtaining their consent. Customers can integrate the Widget with their own consent management tools; the storage used by the Widget is described in the Documentation.

5. Changes and contact

We update this Cookie Policy when we change the cookies we use. The current and previous versions are available at https://virbe.ai/legal/cookie-policy. Questions: [email protected].
