This use case covers two distinct paths to the same product information: a customer can ask for what they're looking for in conversation, or scan a physical tag for an instant lookup – both converge on the same card display.
What You Will Build
- A conversational product search flow where the avatar asks follow-up questions, queries an external product API, and displays recommendation cards
- A product lookup by scan flow where an RFID tag, barcode, or QR code triggers an instant product information display
- An API integration with an external product search service
Prerequisites
- A Virbe Hub assistant with a Metahuman Kiosk profile configured
- An external product search API (see API Integration Requirements)
- Familiarity with Conversation Flows
