Monitor
Track how your virtual assistant is performing – review conversation transcripts, usage metrics, and system issues.
Monitoring in Production
Most teams check Monitor on a regular cadence rather than only when something breaks – a quick weekly pass through Conversations and Issues catches drift in AI behavior and configuration problems before they affect a large number of users.
What's in this section
Conversations
Browse and search all conversation transcripts. Useful for quality review and debugging.
Analytics
Usage metrics: conversation volume, unique users, message counts, and period comparisons.
Issues
System warnings and configuration errors that may be affecting your assistant.
When to use each
Conversations is where you go when you want to understand what users are actually saying – read individual transcripts, search for specific topics, or spot patterns in how conversations are going. It's also the first place to look when debugging unexpected behavior.
Analytics gives you the numbers: how many conversations happened, how many unique users engaged, total message volume, and how usage is trending over time. Use it to report on adoption and measure the impact of changes to your pipeline.
Issues surfaces problems that Virbe has detected automatically – a broken API key, a misconfigured engine, or a system notification. Check this if your assistant stops responding or behaves unexpectedly.
Speech Capture: VAD, Hold to Talk, Tap to Speak
Configure how the Virbe Kiosk detects user speech – always-on voice activity detection, hold-to-talk, or tap-to-speak activation.
Conversations
The Conversations tab gives you a full history of every conversation your virtual being has had – searchable, filterable, and exportable.
