Logic Nodes
Logic nodes branch the conversation based on a condition – a variable, the active language, the current profile, or the triggering signal.
Conditional Branching
Logic nodes never produce output on their own – they only decide which branch executes next, based on data already available in the conversation. That makes them safe to chain together for complex routing without affecting what the user sees.
Nodes in This Category
| Node | Description |
|---|---|
| If/Else Router | Branch on various conditions (variable, language, signal). The first matching branch is followed; if none match, Else executes. |
| Intent Matcher | Classify the user's message into one of several defined intents using AI-powered semantic matching, then route accordingly. |
| Route by Profile | Branch the conversation based on which Profile (touchpoint) is running the pipeline. |
| Route by Language | Branch based on the current active language. |
| Route by Signal | Branch based on the name of the signal that triggered the current flow activation. |
| Is Flow Active | Check whether a specific Conversational Flow is currently in the flow stack – useful as a guard against re-triggering. Available in Handler flows. |
