Profile Settings

Touchpoint-specific configuration for the Settings tab of a Profile – Web widget appearance and behavior, or Metahuman Kiosk hardware and scene setup.

Web Widget vs. Metahuman Kiosk

Every Profile has a Settings tab. Because a Web widget and a Metahuman Kiosk serve users in completely different contexts – a browser tab versus a physical screen – the fields available here change entirely depending on which touchpoint the profile targets.

Web Widget vs. Metahuman Kiosk

Web Widget settings center on how the widget behaves embedded in a web page – when the conversation auto-starts, what happens on page refresh, which UI elements (chat, subtitles, mute button) are shown, and cosmetic branding like colors and logo visibility.

Metahuman Kiosk settings center on physical presence – how the kiosk detects and responds to an approaching user (focus/defocus), how the avatar is framed on screen (camera angle), custom signals for connected hardware like RFID or barcode scanners, and a security PIN to protect on-device configuration in public installations.
